The first time he took me to a Vietnamese restaurant, I fell in love with the shrimp toast. I was surprised at how easy it was to make it at home.
After two weeks of following the principles of "Always Eat After 7 PM" I have been feeling good and am really enjoying great healthy food.
I enjoy hummus as a healthy and satisfying snack. I have learned that most things that I enjoy that are pre-made are even better when made from scratch.

I can remember making fried chicken as a girl. The recipe was very basic. I shook the chicken in a baggie with flour and then fried it in an electric skillet. It was always kind of bland, very often either undercooked or had burned spots and never looked anything like KFC.
Most of my adult life, I have struggled with weight. I have lost weight in a variety of ways. Some weight I have kept off permanently (at least so far) and some weight I fluctuate back and forth, losing and gaining.

I have always enjoyed French Onion soup, but not necessarily the actual onion part. I found a recipe for a rich, creamy caramelized onion soup that was absolutely fantastic.
