Before returning to work, we took some time to visit beautiful Anna Maria Island. While the trip did not go according to plan, we enjoyed the peaceful getaway.

We wanted to visit the Salvador Dali Museum while we were in Florida. When we learned there was a special Van Gogh Alive exhibit, we knew it was time to go.

We entered our first cooking competition, a chili cook-off. Despite the cold, we had a marvelous weekend adventure, even learning a few things along the way.
Our Trip to the Strawberry Farm
We had a lovely visit to the strawberry farm. We used the beautiful berries and produce we picked to create several delicious dishes.
Florida’s Gulf Coast
We followed Florida's Gulf Coast through the National Seashore and through beautiful small beach towns. Our stop in Crystal River was fantastic.
Valentine’s Day on the Gulf Coast
We spent Valentine's Day traveling along the Gulf Coast from Mississippi to Florida. It was a lovely day full of beautiful scenery and birds.
